  If only zero stars was possible. I mean, I wasn't helped so this store seriously deserves zero stars. Britini is rude and not good for business. Tone and diction are extremely important when interacting with customers. I've had much better experiences at my local Verizon store so I know that this is isolated to this store. Recent reviews suggest the same thing.

  Complete waste of time. They have no idea about the products they sell. I also find them very rude. They don't just have to train their employees but definately need to hire people who knows how to talk to custmers. Dissaponted with Verizon.
